30032011 - Me as a blogger :)

Today was the first day I started my journal through this blog. Really dont know where and how to start. Ok, I'll start with my first impression while I was driving my car to school. Along the way, Im thinking how long Im going to be a teacher? For all your information, Teaching was not ever been my passion but Im still doing it for the sake of my family and I got nothing else to :) My STPM results forced me to be in this profession and to respect my late mom's wish. But I already decided that, I should be someone else before the age of 35, thats why I'm still thinking what to do next all the time as the age is catching up also. Whatever it is , I never failed in my responsibility as a teacher as I always be sincere with this job even tough it never satisfied me. 
I was busy preparing my students for Action Song Competition. Me and my colleagues, decided to choose 'Goldilocks and The Bears' and 'Sleeping Lion' song. We found it very hard at first to make the students to follow the minus one but at the end of the day we could achieved our objective. So tomorrow will be tough day for us as we need to teach them the movements and actions while singing. 
No matter how busy I am, I will not forgotten to have Chinese tea twice a day. As usual, I had Green Tea once I back from school and now having 'Pu err' tea. Whats so special about Chinese Tea? Well , let me explain a bit about it. Chinese Tea is a beverage to relieve indigestion and smooth bowel movements. It is also used to relieve headaches, dizziness, heart stroke and sleepiness. Besides that, It also functions as an antidote to clear toxic heat evils by promoting bowel movements and urination. Chinese Tea also believed to decrease our cholesterol level and even sugar inside the body. Its been about 7 months I'm practicing this, I could see lots of differences on my health condition.
My night time as usual fulfill with my tuition classes. Sometime keeping myself busy resulting much more peace of mind rather than feeling very tired. Its a best way to get yourself busy rather than being alone and getting stressed. This was what I learned from my past experience and It works for me right now. Right for now Im still searching to practice yoga. I heard lots of good thing about yoga exercise and meditation as well. Even tough, Im doing meditation but I dont think Im doing it on right way as Im still awaiting for the right guru to learn the correct way of it. Most of the yoga or meditation classes that I searched are conducted in mandarin. Even tough , meditation and yoga originated from India, but not many Indians interested in it. However, my searching doesnt end here, will continue searching again tomorrow. Till then, sayonara to everyone and may god bless wherever you are, whatever you do and whoever you are .
